Although she can apply for an earlier release, a Rock County woman has been committed to the state Department of Health Services for 40 years. Precious Bailey was accused of sexually assaulting an elderly man with a screwdriver. A Rock County judge found her not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect Wednesday. All of the charges against Bailey were acts of domestic abuse. They included first-degree sexual assault by use of a weapon, aggravated battery of an elderly person and false imprisonment.
