Democrats, Teachers Union Members To March For More Education Money

A group of people opposed to a 900-million-dollar cut in Wisconsin education funding will emphasize the point with a long march later this month.  Democratic lawmakers and teachers union leaders say they are planning to march 60 miles from Palmyra to the state Capitol.  State Senator Chris Larson is one of the Democrats complaining that the Republican state budget short-changes Milwaukee public schools.  The march starts June 22nd at Palmyra High School and ends June 25th in Madison with a rally.
