Brewers All-Stars Hit-less in NL’s 4-3 Loss to AL

Milwaukee Brewers hitters went oh-for-five in Tuesday’s Major League Baseball All-Star Game.  Yasmani Grandal did draw a walk and score a run in the 4-3 loss.  Both Mike Moustakas and Christian Yelich were oh-for-two.  Brandon Woodruff pitched two-thirds of an inning, giving up a run on a walk and a hit.

Indians pitcher and game MVP Shane Bieber gave the local fans a thrill by striking out the side in the fifth.

Liam Hendriks and Aroldis Chapman also fanned three in their one inning of work. Clayton Kershaw took the loss for the N-L and Charlie Blackmon and Joey Gallo had the only home runs.  The American League won for the seventh straight time.
