Bucks Guard Brown Won’t Accept City’s $400K Settlement Offer

Attorneys for Milwaukee Bucks guard Sterling Brown have filed a response to the city’s 400-thousand dollar settlement offer in federal court.

Brown was tased during an incident with police January 26, 2018 — where a situation with officers escalated after he had illegally parked in a disabled spot.

The response filed Tuesday points to depositions by two officers who admit Brown’s constitutional rights were violated.  One of the officers involved was fired for social media posts after the incident.
