Wisconsin Senate Blames Ag Secretary for “Not Dealing With Dairy Crisis”

Republicans in the Wisconsin Senate plan to deny confirmation for the governor’s nominee for state agriculture secretary.  Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald says Brad Pfaff has failed to deal with the dairy crisis.

Fitzgerald says Pfaff has “bungled the job” since he started.  If Fitzgerald is right about today’s (Tuesday’s) vote, Pfaff will be out of the job he has held since his January appointment.

Several powerful farming industry groups have supported the nominee since the governor put his name forward.
