Gov. Scott Walker's budget proposal would boost funding for K-12 and higher education, cut income and sales taxes and reorganize the state Department of Natural Resources.

Walker wants to cut taxes by nearly $600 million and keep major road projects on time without raising gas taxes or vehicle registration fees.
