The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Wisconsin has topped three-thousand.  State health officials reported 183 additional positive tests Friday, increasing the total to three-thousand-68.  There are now 128 COVID-19-related deaths in Wisconsin after an additional 17 were confirmed.
